How to add WeChat users on WeCom and Sync to Dynamics 365
New Dynamics 365 Case record can be created from WeCom app and linked to the current WeCom contact and its associated contact.
WeCom External Contact in Dynamics 365 can be opened and viewed directly from the WeCom app.
When we create WeCom Tag Groups and WeCom Tags in Dynamics 365, they could be automatically synced to the WeCom app for use.
