Manage WeChat Tags

Tag is used to tag WeChat followers. Tags in WeChat Connector store the tags sync from WeChat Official account.

WeChat tags will have “WeChat Account” populated, and “WeChat Follower Account” selected in “Target Entity” column by default.

Sync Tag from WeChat Official Account
Via the “Sync from WeChat” button below could sync all tags from WeChat Account to CRM.

Sync Tags to WeChat Official Account
Create new a tag in CRM and click on the “Publish” button below, the tag will be synced to WeChat Account.

NOTE: When Tag is created/updated in Dynamics 365, if the “WeChat Account” contains validate WeChat account, system will sync “Name” and “ID” of the tag to WeChat Official Account.

If published tag needed to be updated in CRM, please click on “Unpublish” button below to unpublish the tag first. Then make the changes and click on “Publish” button to publish it to WeChat Account again.

NOTE: When Tag is deleted/deactivated/unpublished in Dynamics 365, if the “WeChat Account” contains validate WeChat account, system will remove the tag to WeChat Official Account.
