Manage Message Template

Message Templates is used to manage the Message Templates from WeChat Official Account. Message templates allow templated messages to be sent to WeChat Follower Account using Social Message activity. When WeChat User given the authorising templated messages can be sent to WeChat Follower without any timeframe restrictions.

NOTE: To Send templated messages in WeChat Official Account, the Message Template feature in WeChat Official Account must be enabled.

NOTE: Message Template must be created in WeChat Official Account and approved by WeChat Official Account.

Sync Message Templates from WeChat Official Account

Approved Message Template records will be synced from WeChat Account to Dynamics 365 automatically when user opens Message Template homepage grid.

Note: Template can only be synced from WeChat Official Account, since WeChat Templated Message (Subscribed Message) can only be selected or new template created and approved on WeChat Platform.
