Send Customer Voice Survey as Thumbnail
Users can send Survey links as WeChat messages to WeChat followers.
- Firstly, please create the related survey in the customer voice, then create the new custom channel message template here.
- Click the new message and choose the WeChat channel and fill in the look up field survey
- The cover image is selected on the WeChat account record "Default Survey Cover" field.
- Same steps as previous send messages in Journeys using WeChat channel. After journey runs it will send the survey as WeChat Messages to followers per below:
- After WeChat users submit a survey, the response can be viewed within Customer Voice. Click the Respondents on the right-hand, all responders will display.
