Link Follower Account to Contact
Contact is linked to Follower Account automatically through the “WeChat Follower Account” lookup on “WeChat” contact form, Contact will be linked to WeChat Follower Account under these scenarios:
- When attendee registered an Customer Insights – Journey Event, and contact created with “WeChat Profile” populated.
- When user follows WeChat Official Account, and Official Account set to “Auto Create Contact” when WeChat user follows the account.
- When user manually link WeChat Follower Account to a contact in WeChat Chat app
