Draft, Publish and Send WeChat Articles
Dynamics 365 users can create the draft the WeChat Articles within Dynamics 365 then publish them and send it to all WeChat followers directly.
To draft and publish WeChat Article by following steps below:
- Create an article and save it, it will be synced to WeChat Account directly
- Under the Article Details section, from WeChat log field you could see if this article is created in WeChat side.
- As above if the article is created in WeChat side, we could publish this article to WeChat followers with the Business Process Flow “Design Publish Broadcast” below.
- At the Design step below, you could enter the Article Author and Broadcast Article option.
Broadcast = No, means only publish article to WeChat and did not broadcast it any followers
Broadcast = Send to All, means publish article to WeChat and broadcast it to all followers
Broadcast = Send to Marketing list, means publish article to WeChat and broadcast it to the related followers under the selected followers. - If the article is broadcasted to followers, WeChat user will receive the article notification within the WeChat Account as below:
