Manage WeChat Materials
Material is used to manage contents synchronised to WeChat Official Account.
The WeChat Material page provides users with the following features:
- Switch between material view
- Switch between Official Accounts
- Filter the material group
- Search material via file name
- Upload new material to CRM and sync to WeChat Account.
- Via the Refresh button user could sync the materials from WeChat Account to CRM.
- When uploading a material within CRM, it will sync to WeChat account automatically and generated the fields below:
- WeChat Public Account – the default WeChat account in current system
- Material Name – Name of the material.
- Material Type – Picture, Thumbnail, Voice, Video.
- Source File Name – File name of the online material, only applicable if “Source of The Original Material” = Online.
