Tag WeChat Follower in Journey

WeChat Follower can be tagged within Customer Insights Journey using custom trigger. This can be used to tag followers upon a message is received matching certain keywords, when marketing form is submitted, or when WeChat Interaction is created etc.

Follow the steps below to tag WeChat follower in marketing Journey:

When setting up new marketing Journey, click on “Add” button below to open the “Add an action” dialog
On the “Add an action" dialog, select “Activate a custom trigger”
Select on the “Activate a custom trigger” action again, then select “Tag WeChat Follower” custom trigger
Click on “WeChat Tag”, then click on the dropdown to select “Value”
Select a tag from the dropdown list to complete.
